SuiHub Dubai has officially opened its doors as the first global hub focused on driving Web 3.0 innovation. Located in Expo City Dubai, this center aims to support blockchain developers and entrepreneurs. It’s all about fostering collaboration and sparking new ideas.

Sui, a leading layer-one blockchain known for its impressive performance, teamed up with Ghaf Group, a top blockchain partner in the MENA region, to create this initiative. Dubai was chosen for its vibrant tech ecosystem and commitment to innovation, making it the perfect spot for the first SuiHub.

This new hub will play a crucial role in Sui’s mission to build a global network of workspaces and community centers. These spaces will empower developers to create decentralized applications, or DApps, and push blockchain technology forward. Founders of Web 3.0 startups will have access to workshops, technical support, community events, resources, and funding. All the tools they need to launch and grow their projects using Sui’s blockchain infrastructure are right here.

With this hub, Sui strengthens its position as a key player in Web 3.0 development in the MENA region. Dubai’s rapid adoption of blockchain technologies aligns perfectly with Sui’s goals.

Kostas Chalkias, co-founder and chief cryptographer at Mysten Labs, said, “Dubai’s forward-thinking regulatory environment and commitment to blockchain innovation make it the ideal location for SuiHub’s global debut.” He emphasized that the hub aims to empower local developers to create impactful DApps, marking the start of a series of hubs planned worldwide.

Feras Al Sadek, co-founder and managing director of Ghaf Group, expressed excitement about partnering with Sui. He noted that launching this resource for local builders and entrepreneurs is a significant milestone for Ghaf’s venture studio. What began as a simple advisory role has grown into a global initiative to drive technology advancement.

Kristof Lukovich, CEO of SuiHub, shared that their mission is to empower regional blockchain startup founders. They want to provide the necessary resources and support to stimulate growth and strengthen the local ecosystem. This hub will be a place where talent, technology, capital, and opportunities come together. Their Q4 accelerator program, in collaboration with Brinc, CoinList, Sui, and Ghaf Group, will nurture promising startup founders on a global scale.

The site in Expo City is recognized as a key location for cutting-edge technology companies, making it an ideal venue for SuiHub Dubai. This launch builds on previous initiatives, including a partnership with the American University of Sharjah, which established the AUS-Sui Blockchain Academy earlier this year. Sui has also been hosting community networking events like Sui Connect, laying the groundwork for deeper engagement with local developers and enthusiasts.

With the opening of SuiHub Dubai, Sui reaffirms its commitment to building a decentralized ecosystem that supports developers across various regions. More hubs are expected to be announced soon, each designed to provide localized support and resources for blockchain developers working on the Sui platform.
