Coin Prices are available through Decrypt’s Art, Fashion, and Entertainment Hub. Check out SCENE. You can now trade NFT stickers on Telegram thanks to The Open Network (TON).
Open Builders, the team behind the hit game Notcoin, has teamed up with the DOGS meme coin community. They’re excited to introduce Sticker Shop. This mini app on Telegram will sell limited edition digital sticker packs. You can buy these packs using Stars, which is Telegram's in-app currency linked to Toncoin (TON).
Once you purchase stickers, you can share them in chats or sell them on marketplaces like Getgems as NFTs. Each sticker series will have a limited number, creating scarcity and potential value for collectors.
“Over 500 billion stickers are sent every month on Telegram. Tokenized stickers are the new way to go viral,” said Sasha Plotvinov, founder of Notcoin and Open Builders.
Sticker Shop will feature collaborations with popular projects like Pudgy Penguins, Flappy Bird, and the Bored Ape Yacht Club. The Telegram trading app Blum will also launch a series at the same time. Plus, the “King Dogs” sticker series will celebrate the DOGS meme coin on TON.
Pavel Durov, co-founder of Telegram and one of the original creators of TON, mentioned at the Token 2049 conference in Singapore that the platform plans to tokenize stickers using the TON blockchain. This approach will give buyers ownership rights and ensure that creators receive a fair share of the sale price.
While Sticker Shop is inspired by Durov’s vision, it’s important to note that it is not an official Telegram project and does not involve Durov directly.
